SKILLS DEVELOPMENT OF THE EMPLOYEES OF JSC „PRAMONINĖS METALO KONSTRUKCIJOS“

JSC „Pramoninės metalo konstrukcijos“ implements the project JSC „Pramoninės metalo konstrukcijos“ employee skills development no. 02-035-K-0170 according to the economic transformation and competitiveness development program progress measure of the Ministry of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania, manager of the 2022-2030 development program no. 05-001-01-05-07 "To create a consistent system for the promotion of innovative activities" activity "To develop the skills of employees needed by micro-enterprises, small enterprises and medium-sized enterprises".

After the successful implementation of the project, the employees of UAB „Pramoninės metalo konstrukcijos“ will acquire the necessary technical, ecological, entrepreneurial and management skills, which will allow them to adapt to the technological changes in the economy and the transformation of the industry. By implementing the project, UAB „Pramoninės metalo konstrukcijos“ will contribute to sustainable and innovation-based economic growth.
